If someone's drinking is impacting your life, Al-Anon can help.
Give us a try -- attend a meeting. Try several meetings, and find one that "fits" you.
There is hope. We can help you find it.
Members meet to share experience, strength and hope in an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding.
In Al-Anon, we no longer have to face alcoholism or its effects alone.
Discover practical solutions that have worked for others and may work for you. Al-Anon is a spiritually based program, but not a religious one.
You always retain the personal prerogative to "Take what you like and leave the rest!"
Learn new tools that will help you create a life you never thought possible.
Welcome! If you are concerned about someone else's drinking, you've come to the right place.
We encourage you to learn more about Al-Anon by attending a meeting. If you can't find a meeting near you, please call our toll free national number: 888-4AL-ANON for additional meeting information or to be put in touch with an Al-Anon member.
Our program exists to help families and friends of alcoholics recover from the effects of living with the problem drinking of a relative or friend. Alateen is our recovery program for young people. Alateen groups are sponsored by Al-Anon members.
Wondering if you really belong? The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend. Between home and work, most of us qualify!
Please be assured your inquiry is confidential and anonymous.
We look forward to meeting you!
